Play at the plate tightThe Jasper County Recreation Department’s Baseball Program is offered to children ages 7 to 14. This program is designed for kids to learn the fundamentals of Baseball and to have fun doing it. We offer only spring sessions. Our Baseball Programs are affiliated with Georgia Recreation and Parks Association. For the 7 to 8 year old age group, we have coach pitch.  The 9 and 10 year old’s will use a pitching machine and live pitching.  For ages 11 and up we have live pitching.  The fee for this program includes a uniform shirt and hat.  Each child is responsible for his own bat, glove, uniform pants, and cleats.  This league does have All-Star Teams at the end of the regular season. These teams will play in a district tournament for the opportunity to advance on to the State Tournament.

All regular season games are played at the 246 Ted Sauls Rd. Complex, located In Jasper County. The season begins practice in February.  Practices and games will be held during the week.

We will have a pitcher/catchers clinic in January and February, for ages 9 and up.  This clinic is designed to teach the fundamentals of pitching and catching and to develop the arms of our pitchers.
