Bring the heat-tightThe Jasper County Recreation Department’s Softball Program is a Fast pitch league and is offered to children ages 7 to 14. This program is designed for kids to learn the fundamentals of Softball and to enjoy doing it. We offer only spring sessions. Our Softball Programs are affiliated with Georgia Recreation and Parks Association. In the 7 to 8 year old league, a pitching machine will be used. The fee for this program includes a uniform shirt and socks.  Each child is responsible for her own bat, glove, uniform pants, and cleats.  This league does have All-Star Teams at the end of the regular season. These teams will play in a district tournament for the opportunity to advance on to the State Tournament.

All regular season games are played at the 246 Ted Sauls Rd. Complex, located In Jasper County. The season begins practice in February.  Practices and games will be held during the week.

We will have a pitcher/catchers clinic in January and February, for ages 9 and up.  This clinic is designed to teach the fundamentals of pitching and catching and to develop the arms of our pitchers.
